Chad & Steph

Joanna and I had so much fun with Chad and Stephanie. We happened to all be in San Diego at the same time (my favorite place) and they were kind enough to let us drag them through crowds of people and tons of sand. Chad happens to be my stepbrother and we are super excited for him and Stephanie. Quick Story: The WHOLE time as we were walking around, we had people asking us "Who are they?" "Are they famous?" "Are they models?" Obviously they're a pretty dang good looking couple, but it was just funny how bad people wanted them to be stars. At one point we seriously had a crowd around us. Thanks Chad and Steph...your pictures will be in the mail soon!

Joanna and I have been reunited! I know, we're pretty pathetic(it was just 5 days), but what can I say, I like the girl. Along with one another, we have been reunited with all of our family on the Lorenzen side too. Lots of people of all ages in one place...pretty fun! We love them all and are excited to spend the next few days together. I'm also excited because there are two other picture takers in camp who I fully trust to capture this week. I'm sure I'll pull mine out a few times, but it's kinda nice to leave it in the bag for a few days:) So...pictures? These blogs will have them:
  • Jody's Blog
  • Kari's Blog
  • Enjoy!

    Without

We flew to Colorado together and once we got to Denver, my wife turned around and flew to San Diego. What's up with that? With her servant's heart and her love for her nieces, Joanna is there until Sunday watching the girls. Kari (who we ran into at the airport:) ) is on a girls trip. I'm not a big fan of life without her, but I'm trying to hold my own and it's good to be back in the mountains with people I love. But Sunday can't come soon enough.

    The Beautiful Couple

    Our Favorite
We loved the opportunity to share in Lauren and Jonathan's wedding day. They are a beautiful couple. They are moving away from their friends and family as Jon begins his career as a Resident Director. We know how that feels.

    Some Details

    The Bride

I love that you can see her parents walking up in this next one.

    We Survived

We survived our second gig as wedding photographers. We are on a sharp learning curve, but enjoying the ride. We are grateful for the couples who allow us the privilege of sharing in their big day. I (joanna) know that they will be blessed by Taylor's talent and creativity. Once we get our routine down, we will be able to share pictures at a faster rate...hopefully we will have some posted in this next week.

    Cooler Thoughts

As summer is in full swing and the heat bears down, I thought I'd post a cooler time from this past year. BROOMBALL!
