Easter at the Sprague's...

...Hey that's us! This year we were honored to host what is becoming our traditional Geneva friends Easter Feast. We div id up all the dishes(some call it a pot luck) and Joanna beautified our lounge. There was everything you could imagine including painting easter eggs. The guys watched the NCAA Tournament and the PGA, the kids played ping pong on a coffee table, and the ladies...I'm not sure what they did, I was watching the game;) We greatly enjoyed it and it was another reminder of how God has taken care of us here. Happy Easter!
The Guys and Pearce's new TV. Travis dipping strawberries Toby Jensen Our Festive Center Piece Toby...He's a cute kid Dinner for twenty. We had paper table cloths and colored pencils to decorate! Ok, not just the guys watched the games. Ladies First Oh...Doesn't that just make your mouth water? Say Cheese!

I hate the Flu!!

First, sweet Ellie was hit. Then she graciously passed it on to me, her parents, and some other friends. I was out of it for two days. I will spare you the gross details. Each day I am feeling a little better. But then the flu hit my friend Sarah who was supposed to fly into PA today to visit. Poor Sarah just didn't have the strength. I completely understand and wish I could fly there to take care of her. All this to say, I HATE the flu!

Debo and Lauren

As I continue to work on my photography, there have been a few couples here at Geneva who have graciously let me capture their relationships on digital film. Debo(jonathan diBenedetto) and Lauren are one of those couples. Joanna and I got to spend the whole afternoon with them and are so excited for their future. They have even asked me to photograph their wedding...a huge honor. Here's a select few of the shots.

Birthday Celebration

This month has flown by already and will be over before we know it. Despite the craziness, Taylor found a way to make my birthday special. I had work and class on my birthday. That didn't stop him. Taylor joined Ellie and I for the afternoon. We went to Starbucks and then on a shopping spree at Target. Recently, I have been in need of some retail therapy. Taylor bought me several things to add to my wardrobe. For the fifteen minutes I have between work and class, Taylor heated up left overs and we had dinner by candle light. After class, I came home to a clean house and the smell of fresh baked cake. Taylor, with the help of my sister and mother, made my mom's Carrot Cake from scratch. He invited our friends over to celebrate with us. It was delicious! Sorry I don't have any other pictures besides a mostly eaten carrot cake. I have an amazing husband! I think I bought him frying pans for his birthday:)
