Punch of Color

We felt like our blog could use a little punch of color. Same name, still in Pearce Hall, still experiencing these amazing stories...just a little more color. Enjoy!

She's Pretty Cute!

Joanna came home from class tonight. When she walked in, I gave her a hug and asked her how class was. With a tone of boredom she answered, "It was fine...I'm smarter now."

I'm Grumpy

I have dreams of our little apartment being clutter free and organized. But every way I turn I see another massive organizational project. I want to go out and buy lots of organization baskets and boxes....but its not in the budget. So, Taylor is taking me to Starbucks to distract me and our apartment will remain a mess.

The Boys

Every year, most often during Christmas Break, I look forward to reuniting with some of my best friends. The crazy thing is that we've all been friends since middle school. Since 8th grade, we've been acting the same;). Usually we go up to the mountains and spend the day riding down them, but this time we decided to go visit Micah in Denver and attempt to do Denver on a budget. These are pictures of it.

Little Boy Bowling

With one last chance to spend time with my favorite nephews before they returned to snow-riden Iowa, Andy and I ventured out to Mr. Biggs to scout the boys bowling game. I'm pretty sure they bowl better than me. We had a great time and the boys did great. We already miss them. Max liked to slide into his release so he was in a comfortable position to watch the pins fall That's not bad form Daws! Quincy stayed like this for about five minutes....every time he bowled. Why? Because that's how long it took his ball to get to the pins. There's nothing like a father's help... ...especially when it brings him down
